Luigi Monteferrante on tour to promote new works

      May. 6, 2011

Since April 29, Canadian author and composer Luigi Monteferrante has been on a whirlwind tour of parts of the U.S. and Canada to promote two new projects he just released. The first is Stiletto Heels & A Pork Pie Hat, a new collection of poetry and birdsongs. The second is a new album called Music for Galleries & Museums, under his stage name, Gang of Tolstoy.

Monteferrante has actually been living in Italy for many years now, and so this North American tour is as much a promotional tour as it is a return to his roots.

Monteferrante still has eight more stops to make before he heads back home:
May 6, 6:00PM: Da Vinci Arts Alliance, Philadelphia
May 7, 1:00PM: Green Wolfs Village Art Gallery in Skippack, PA
May 10, 8:00PM: The Arts Bar, Toronto
May 11, 7:00PM: Visual Arts Centre, Montreal
May 12, 6:30PM: “Arte Montreal” at Casa Italia in Montreal
May 14, 6:00PM: Cornelia Street Cafe, New York
May 15: “Wine & Words” at OBR Hotel in Quakertown, PA
May 16: Glenwood Ave School, in Wildwood, NJ

We wish him well on his journey!
