Comedy returns to Montreal’s Italian Week – Settimana Italiana di Montreal – with two shows by author, musician and comedian Charly Chiarelli.

Born in Sicily and raised in Ontario, Chiarelli has toured both Canada and Italy with his vivid and wildly entertaining storytelling.

His one-man show, Cu‘Fu?, (pronounced Koo Foo) offers a Sicilian take on adapting to life in Canada, and on life in general. It’s a show that he has been performing for over fifteen years, and neither he nor his audiences tire of it.

Chiarelli originally performed at the 2001 and 2003 editions of Montreal’s Italian Week.

Cu’Fu? is on tonight (August 11) and again tomorrow (August 12) at 7:30PM at the Casa D’Italia, located at 505 Jean Talon est. Tickets cost $15.00 and can be purchased in advance by calling (514) 279-6357.
