      Montreal’s Italian Week – Day Six

      Montreal’s Italian Week is heating up the competition old school. Starting today, until August 16, Delorme Park in St-Leonard will be base camp for a bocce tournament. Teams from the neighborhood will complete for the coveted title. Competition is fierce but always friendly.

      Federico Fellini films continue to screen at the Casa D’Italia and the Leonardo da Vinci Centre in St-Leonard. Screenings start at 7:30PM and admission is free. Film screenings include La Dolce Vita, Amarcord, La Strada, Le notti di Cabiria, I Vitelloni and more.       Tomorrow evening (August 15), festivities will take place at Wilfrid-Bastien Park in St Leonard. Then, from Friday, August 16 throughout the weekend, Little Italy will become the Mecca of all things Italian Week.
